The Blak Widow Shop, from here on out shall be referred to as the “Shop”, custom produces each and every individual order that is entered by you, our valued customer. Blak Widow Lacrosse, LLC. reserves the right to sub the screen printing and embroidery to a third party.
The “Shop” is not an online retail store and is only open for a specified period of time. Items are not currently in stock - all items are custom printed/embroidered specifically for you after the “Shop” closes.
All of our orders are unique. Therefore orders ship 4-6 weeks after the “Shop” close date. Moreover, we do not accept returns or exchanges - your order is produced to the specifications of the order we receive.

Order Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by email (blakwidowselect@gmail.com) before the “Shop” closing date. No refunds will be made for requests received after the “Shop” close date. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made.
Should there be an error on our part*, we will either replace the product or issue a refund for the purchase price of the product deemed unsatisfactory. If the item(s) received are materially different from those ordered and approved (i.e. A black ladies tank top was ordered and a men's red tee shirt was received), we will reship replacement items at no additional cost to the customer.
*Errors on our part refer to any print or product defects.
We have a right to possession of defective merchandise, and it will be our decision as to whether to issue a replacement or credit. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of merchandise. Return Authorizations are requested via email (blakwidowselect@gmail.com) before returning merchandise. This authorization must be requested via email within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
Because we provide custom apparel produced specifically for you in your size, color, and art choice, we do not accept returns on merchandise. We do our best to explain the fabrics, fabric colors and art colors on all products, so please contact us prior to purchase if you have questions on the merchandise we have to offer.
Changes to your Order:
Any changes to your order must be made prior to the “Shop” close date. Once the “Shop” closes, changes cannot be made to your order. Upon the “Shop” close date, Blak Widow Lacrosse, LLC. immediately begins production on your custom order to ensure delivery in 4-6 weeks. Once production begins, changes (including change in shipping method) cannot be made.
Backorders:
Due to the nature of our “Shop”, on occasion, backorders may occur. A backorder occurs when the product you order is temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer. If applicable, Blak Widow Lacrosse, LLC. will provide a suitable substitute to ensure on-time delivery. When a substitute is not available, Blak Widow Lacrosse, LLC. will ship your order as a partial and wait for the backordered item to become available from the manufacturer. At any time during a backorder situation, the customer can cancel the portion of the order that is backordered for a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Cancellation of backordered items can be made by sending an email to blakwidowselect@gmail.com

We value your privacy! Blak Widow Select, LLC. will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. Any information you have submitted to Blak Widow Lacrosse, LLC. will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
